This page is for Psitta Studio and Psitta Mobile accounts managed by Facti AI LLC. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app or signing in.

How to request deletion

Email support@psitta.ai from the address associated with your Psitta account, with the subject Psitta Account Deletion Request. You may also use the form below. State clearly that you want your entire Psitta account deleted. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or manuscript content.

We will verify that you control the account before performing irreversible deletion. A request is not the same as immediate account deletion. We will confirm receipt and provide the next steps and expected completion timing after verification.

What happens to your data

After verification, the deletion process covers the account and associated documents, writing, and service records, except information that must be kept for legal, security, or billing obligations. We will explain any applicable retention. Local downloads are stored on your device. Remove them from Mobile Settings → Downloads or remove the app and its local data.

If you purchased a subscription through Apple or Google, review and cancel it separately in that store to avoid future charges. Web subscriptions are managed through the applicable Psitta billing settings.

Send your request

In the message, write “Please delete my entire Psitta account and associated data.” Include your account email and omit sensitive content.
